A double-wall cup combines the inner beverage container with a separate outer paper layer. Beyond the handling benefit associated with the layered format, the outer wall gives designers a generous area for illustrations, menu themes and continuous patterns. This makes the format useful for roasters, cafes and beverage chains that want packaging to carry more than a small logo.
Full-surface graphics need to account for the cup taper, side seam and top and bottom safety areas. Large motifs can travel around the cup, but important text should stay within a clear front-facing zone. When a range contains several capacities, each size should receive its own artwork adaptation so that typography and visual balance remain consistent. Matte-looking colors, kraft-inspired graphics and high-contrast photographic styles create very different shelf impressions and should be discussed during proofing.
Confirm the beverage, cup capacity, construction, rim diameter and lid choice together. Also provide editable artwork, color references, pack quantity preferences and the date the cups must be available. A sample approved against the written specification gives both sides a practical reference for appearance and fit.
Double-wall Paper Cups use an additional outer paper layer around the inner cup. The layered structure improves handling comfort for hot beverages and gives designers more freedom for full-wrap graphics, seasonal artwork or brand storytelling. Before ordering, buyers should confirm capacity, lid compatibility, artwork layout, color requirements and whether the design needs a plain, kraft-look or fully printed outer wall.
